ABOUT Hank Tate

Success Is Built On Caring

The Right Hand Man Story

In 1977, shortly after college, I became Vice President of Jack Frey Properties in Tomball, Texas. Over the next five years, I was entrusted with designing and managing nearly every aspect of five high-end country subdivisions, including land planning, infrastructure, recreation facilities, deed restrictions, branding, and marketing.

As the company grew from approximately $2 million to more than $16 million in value, Jack Frey began referring to me as his “Right Hand Man.”

What started as a nickname became the defining theme of my professional life.

For more than fifty years, I have served as a trusted advisor, executive leader, consultant, board member, trainer, and problem solver for business owners, nonprofit leaders, and executive teams. Whether helping launch startups, develop strategic plans, implement technology, strengthen operations, or solve difficult business challenges, my passion has been helping leaders turn vision into reality.

Many clients have called me a “Vision Engineer” because of my ability to bridge the gap between ideas and execution. I enjoy helping leaders clarify goals, develop practical solutions, and build systems that create lasting success.

Throughout my career, I have served organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 1000 companies, presented more than 250 workshops to over 25,000 attendees, and served on more than thirteen boards of directors.

Today, that mission continues through Serving.LOVE, my non-profit that teaches and challenges people to discover more JOY by showing lovingkindness to others. Under that platform my speaking, training, and consulting platform build around a simple principle:
Success is built on caring.

Through keynotes, workshops, coaching, and my book Serving.LOVE Finding JOY, I help leaders create healthier cultures, stronger relationships, and workplaces where people feel valued.

Being someone’s Right Hand Man has never been about position or title.
It has always been about helping people succeed.
