ABOUT Hank Tate

Transforming Vision into Reality

The Right Hand Man Story

Hank embarked on his foundational career in real estate and subdivision development following college. Beginning as a Community Center Designer and Manager with the Kickerillo company in Houston, Texas, he seized the opportunity to become the Vice President of Jack Frey Properties in Tomball, Texas in 1977. Hank assumed sole responsibility for designing all aspects of five upscale country subdivisions, witnessing their growth from $2 million to over $16 million in just five years.

During this period, Hank solely created the layout of subdivisions, infrastructure development including streets and utilities, the creation of widely respected deed restrictions, design and construction of recreation centers, and the creation of all branding and marketing materials.

Hank’s significant impact on the company’s growth led Jack Frey to designate Hank as his RIGHT HAND MAN. This chapter marked an extraordinary journey showcasing Hank’s diverse creative skills, which have since benefited numerous executive leaders and companies over the following decades.
